Shipment processing
We work hard to fulfill your order, package, and ship your way within 3-5 business days.
Anticipate 5-7 days shipping processing during high volume/demand times such as holidays.
Larger wholesale orders take longer to produce and prepare inventory. We provide wholesalers with an estimated shipping date upon receipt of purchase orders.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order are based on location, weight, and dimensions of products selected. Charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Please provide phone number or email at check out in order to receive a shipment confirmation and tracking numbers.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Please provide P.O. or APO/FPO with order if you prefer this type of delivery.
Damages
Travelposters.com stands behind our product and while delivery has its chances of problems, we want you to enjoy your product.
Please inspect all items immediately when received. If damage is suspected or evident, please contact us at contact@travelposters.com within 48 hours and include the following:
- Four images of all sides of the outside of package
- Image of the shipping label
- Four images of interior packaging and any products damaged.
We're so sure you, or the person you're about to send a Travel Poster to, will be thrilled so we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on everything we sell. Refunds or replacements are available for products returned in original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Please contact us at contact@travelposters.com. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to our Travel Posters location. Refund or replacement will be processed once return is received in original condition and packaging. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Simply contact us here with your request.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Travel Posters is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, delivery fees etc.).
International Shipping Policy
We ship Internationally, by request only. Customers agree to remit all charges and fees associated with International shipping. Please contact us here if desired.
Wholesale shipping agreement
Travel Posters agrees to waive shipping charges on an initiating order or on any order picked up at our warehouse. On all other orders, wholesaler agrees to remit shipping charges in addition to the total product charges listed on the P.O. or invoice. We are happy to use wholesale “third party billing”, given the account number and preferred provider.
