This scenic view between Steamboat Springs, Kremmling, and Walden, Colorado is captured in our Rabbit Ears Pass design. Jutting high above mountain meadows and streams at 9426 ft, the “ears” are an easy prominence to spot from miles away. The area can be accessed by hikers, ORV riders, and snowmobilers. The natural beauty of this geologic outcropping of pink tuff and breccia, dark grey basalt, and underlaying layers of red, vesicular ash makes our original design a keeper.
